Our programs
Three intensives. One journey. A community for life.
Veterans and the people who love them move through restoration together, in small cohorts, then stay connected long after the work begins.
What programs does Alive Day Foundation offer?
Alive Day Foundation offers three restoration intensives, Community, Resilience, and Purpose, delivered through warrior family and solo veteran cohorts, followed by a lifelong alumni community with ongoing events and peer mentorship.
The three intensives
Built around the whole person, and the whole family.
Community
Isolation is one of the heaviest wounds a warrior carries home. The Community intensive rebuilds connection and belonging, pairing veterans and families with others who understand, so that no one walks back into life alone.
Resilience
The Resilience intensive delivers practical, evidence informed skills for mental, physical, and relational health. Tools that help veterans and families manage stress, strengthen marriages, and build routines that hold up over the long road.
Purpose
Service does not end at discharge. The Purpose intensive helps veterans rediscover identity, leadership, and a renewed sense of mission, turning hard earned experience into a reason to lead and serve again.
How it is delivered
Cohorts that move through it together.
Restoration is not a brochure you read alone. It happens in small, committed groups that start the journey on the same day and finish it side by side.
- Warrior family cohorts. The veteran and their family go through restoration together, because the whole circle was affected and the whole circle heals.
- Solo veteran cohorts. For warriors walking this road on their own, a band of brothers and sisters who get it.
- Peer mentorship. Veterans who have walked ahead come back to walk beside the ones just starting.

Alumni community
The program ends. The community does not.
When a cohort finishes, no one is sent off alone. Graduates join a lifelong alumni community with ongoing events, reunions, and peer support, so the connection that started the healing keeps it going for years.
