How does Alive Day Foundation use donations?
The first two years, funded by a 1.25 million dollar startup and validation campaign, build pilot programs, clinical oversight, and the infrastructure to serve families safely. Once outcomes prove the model works, the foundation scales it into a sustainable national impact model.

A startup and validation campaign that funds the critical foundation phase: programs and curriculum, clinical oversight, staffing and leadership, technology and systems, outcomes research, and the infrastructure and operations to serve families well.
Outcome: Alive Day Foundation launches with the infrastructure necessary to serve families safely and effectively.

First 18 to 24 months
We open the doors and begin the work with our first warriors and families. Target impact: 15 to 25 warrior families, delivered through warrior family cohorts, solo veteran cohorts, a growing alumni community, and peer mentorship.
Outcome: families begin moving from surviving to thriving.

Years two to five
With proof in hand, we grow: expanding capacity, publishing outcomes, building donor confidence, planning a campus, advancing a national bench project, and creating a replication framework so the model can serve far beyond Northwest Arkansas.
